Ingredients
- 250 gms Chikoos
- 1 tin (400 gms) Nestlé MILKMAID
- 300 ml Fresh Cream
Method
- Peel and deseed the chikoos. Then mash them using an electric blender or mixer.
- Take a bowl and add Nestlé MILKMAID, the chikoo puree you made in the first step and fresh cream. Whisk the mix till you see it thicken.
- Then, pour it in your desired container and set it in the freezer.
- When it is half set, take it out and whisk it again. Removing the ice-cream half set and whisking it, will maintain its creamy and rich texture instead of making it icy.
- Keep it in the freezer again to set completely. When set, remove it and serve it chilled.
- Watermelon Lollies: This summer favorite can be made with only 2 ingredients that are available in every household. Here is how:

- 4 cups Pureed Watermelon
- ½ tin (200 gms) Nestlé MILKMAID
Method
- Take a bowl and add the watermelon puree and Nestlé MILKMAID to it. Start whisking it.
- Once smooth, transfer the mix to ice lolly moulds and let it set in the freezer.
- After it is set, unmould it and serve immediately.
