-1 tsp of white sugar

-3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
-1 onion, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 red pepper, diced

-2 cups tomato sauce
-1 cup water or chicken stock
-3 tablespoons fresh basil or oregano leaves

Directions:
Step 1:
- Set the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit or 220 degrees Celcius.
